Compliance

Site-ready on paper
before day one on site.

This is the exact stack your contracts team will ask for — held current for every cleaner, every site, before the first shift. We carry the load; you receive the evidence.

01

Police checks & WWCC

National police-check status is held on every cleaner's verified profile, with Working With Children Checks for education and community sites. Certificates are supplied in the onboarding pack and re-verified on expiry — you never chase a document.

02

Inductions — ready to run

General cleaning induction completed before allocation; site-specific inductions (your format or ours) delivered and recorded before the first shift. Attendance registers and completion evidence go into your monthly pack.

03

Insurances & certificates

$20M public liability, workers compensation where workers are engaged, and right-to-work verification. Certificates of currency are issued proactively with every engagement and renewal — not on request.

Paper — the statutory layer, understood

Subcontractor's Statements,
done properly.

Revenue NSW OPT 011 per contract period — s.175B WC Act 1987 + Payroll Tax Act 2007
Generated from verified business profiles — ABN, policy numbers and dates always current
Signed, dated, accompanied by the relevant certificate of currency
Retained for the statutory seven years, retrievable on request
Sequential periods kept continuous — no coverage gaps between claims
Your principal-contractor obligations understood — we make your file audit-proof, not just ours
Practice — how compliance stays alive on site
04

Toolbox talks

Scheduled toolbox talks per site — safety topics, incident learnings, scope changes — with recorded attendance. Ad-hoc talks follow any incident or audit finding, so corrections reach the crew, not a folder.

05

Safety & hygiene management

SWMS per task type, chemical handling per SDS with labelled decanting, colour-coded equipment to prevent cross-contamination, and infection-control protocols for health and aged-care settings. Incidents are reported same-day with corrective actions.

06

Time & attendance

Sign-in/sign-out records per shift, punctuality tracked as a KPI, and a live no-show protocol: replacement on site within two hours, your contact notified before you notice. Attendance data feeds WCScoring, so reliability compounds.

07

Inspections

Monthly scored QA inspections against your scope and standards (pilot KPI ≥ 95%), plus unannounced spot checks. Findings carry owners and due dates; repeat findings escalate to supervisor level automatically.

08

Reporting

One monthly pack per site: KPI results, inspection scores with photos, incidents and corrective actions, toolbox records, certificate currency status and the crew's WCScoring summary — evidence your contracts team can file as-is.

09

Mutual protections

Mutual non-solicit covering clients and cleaners, 30-day notice either way, commercials scoped below your client charge-out. Open-book optional — the arrangement stays clean on both sides.
